Ease • Presence • Discernment • Alignment • Bliss
Private coaching for accomplished women ready to live with more ease, pleasure, and truth.
For women who have given generously to their work, families, and communities—and are now ready to thoughtfully evolve their lives in ways that feel safe, aligned, and vibrant from the inside out.
Bliss with Saku offers honest, attuned, inquiry-led coaching for accomplished women who want more meaning, autonomy, and joy—without blowing up their lives.
My work is grounded in deep listening, nervous-system safety, and thoughtful inquiry. I’ve spent decades learning how to return to myself when I drift-and I’ve witnessed how often this same drift happens for women who carry a great deal.
Together, we explore what truly matters to you now, gently challenge old limits, and design practical ways to expand your life with more ease, play, pleasure, and integrity.
This is not about becoming “someone new.”
This is about returning to the parts of YOU that have been set aside, postponed, or quietly silenced.
The desires YOU told yourself you would get to “one day”.
The parts of YOU that once felt more free, expressive, alive.
The version of YOU that isn’t only defined by responsibility, but also by curiosity, risk, passion, and joy.
This work creates space for that woman to re-emerge
honestly,
sustainably,
without forcing, or
performing.
This is not about a surface-level makeover - though renewal may show up there too.
It is about feeling
safe
seen,
heard, and
fully expressed
as YOU come back into relationship with yourself.
You are not doing this alone.
With attuned support, you get to exhale.
I hold a steady, attuned space for you throughout this process - one where you can bring what is real: your fears, frustrations, patterns, and the parts of yourself you may have learned to set aside.
You are met with thoughtful reflection, honest insight, and grounded support.
I will listen closely.
I will encourage and champion what is true for you.
I will help you shape a way forward that is both achievable and sustainable in your real life.
Together, we make space not only for clarity and change, but also for the return of what has been missing
-
lightness
curiosity
play
delight
There is no rushing here.
No imposed timeline.
We move at the pace where YOUR truth is seen, integrated, and lived.
You will be supported, encouraged, and gently challenged as you come back into a life that reflects who YOU truly are.
Welcome home to what is most dear
Is this YOU?
From the outside, your life looks solid.
Admirable.
Impressive, even.
You are capable.
Accomplished.
Respected.
People often offer compliments—
and ask, how do you do it all?
To your friends, you’re the one they come to—
for a solution, a listening ear, a warm hug, or a laugh.
To your colleagues, community, and neighbors,
you’re the strategist, the problem solver, the one who steps in when it matters most.
To your boss and partners, you’re the leader they trust—
steady, responsive, able to handle what arises with poise and clarity.
And to your family,
you are all of this and more—
the heart, the connector, the one who holds it all together.
The one others rely on.
Compliments that sound good—
even feel good, in the moment—
but quietly carry something else:
Pressure
Expectation
Weight
You’ve loved being someone others can depend on.
You take pride in being strong.
Capable.
Reliable.
Able to hold many things, often all at once.
But over time, something has shifted.
You may notice:
You are carrying more than feels sustainable.
You are making decisions from responsibility and overwhelm.
Your days feel full—but not necessarily fulfilling.
What used to feel meaningful
now sometimes feels like one more thing to manage.
Even moments that are meant to be enjoyable
can feel like too much.
And if you’re honest,
what you often want most is something simple:
To be home.
To rest.
To read.
To be quiet.
To exhale.
You love the life you’ve carefully created.
You love the people in it.
And…
you sometimes wish you could press a quiet
pause button—
where nothing falls apart,
no one feels neglected,
and there is finally space for YOU.
And in the small pockets of time you do get—
between meetings, calls, responsibilities—
there it is.
A quieter voice.
A deeper knowing.
Asking:
Where did the ME in my life go…
and how do I get her back?
The life you told yourself you would get to “one day.”
More ease.
More space.
More passion.
More joy.
Not by abandoning your life—
but by finally
allowing more of YOU to exist within it.
This is where that return begins.
If this resonates,
and you’re ready to explore what it would look like to return to yourself—
I invite you to reach out.
We can begin with a conversation
and see what feels aligned.
